30-day returns

Not the right fit for your setup? You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery.

What can be returned

• Items must be unused, clean and in their original packaging.
• Include your order number.

How to start a return

1. Reach us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back before we reply.
3. Ship the item back. You pay return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Your bank may take a few business days to post the refund.

Defective or wrong items

If your item arrives defective or we sent the wrong thing, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you, and we cover return shipping.

Preorder cancellations

Changed your mind before your preorder ships? Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we will cancel it and refund you in full.
